Ocean Grove Guest House provides exceptional service and quality accommodation at reasonable rates. Rates are subject to change and kept current on our live booking system. For up-to-date information on rates, please browse the online booking system at “Check Availability & Book”.
Child Policy
We regret that we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 12 years.
Pet Policy
We have two docile, friendly dogs on the property. We regret that we are unable to accommodate other pets at the establishment.
Deposit Requirement
Accommodation is confirmed upon receipt of a 50% deposit.
The balance is payable upon arrival. Reservations made online will automatically expire within 24 hours if the deposit has not been made.
Cancellation Policy
On day of arrival, during the stay, or no show. The deposit shall be retained and full payment due for the entire booking will be required.
1-14 days prior to arrival – the full deposit (50% of the full amount) will be retained.
15-28 days prior to arrival – 75% of deposit plus bank charges will be retained.
28 days or more before arrival – 50% of deposit plus bank charges will be retained.
For cancellation of bookings made over high season, between 10 December to 15 January, long weekends, or any public holiday, the deposit is non refundable.
